  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was defective or wrong).
